Target is one of the top 3 online e commerce retail company, with the presence across all US states. Company sells all category of product through its online omni channel and brick and mortar stores. Off shore development center located on Bangalore , India. Business and product development team is based out of US. Target used Amazon platform to sell category of products and wanted to build in-house platform to sell all category of product online.

I want Engineering lead for cart, order management system and customer profile. 30 member team was made of developers and testing team , interacting with product managers , other up stream and own stream team , release and management team

1. Interface  with product owners and business owner to identify use-cased for cart , OMS and use profile.

2. Prioritise the use-case for iterative mode of  development 

3. Design components , data structure and API's which suits cart management, save for later   ,  two phase order processing, payments, return and reversal of payment , promotion and discount  making sure that design in line with performance latency numbers.

4. Design and develop APIS workbench for to monitor order processing pipeline 

5. Performance testing of cart and order processing  

6. Ownership of planning , execution , testing,  delivery of catalog and search engines 

7. Integrate other up / down stream system  

9, Coding , unit testing cart API's
